Normal indoor sportswear, a bottle of water and slippers, etc. are sufficient for the beginners course of the wrestling arena. Before exercise, remove all jewelry and wash your feet in the shower. You should bring a bottle of water. The beginners courses are suitable for all ages and regardless of starting condition. Pre-registration is not required for the beginners adult course and you can join for about two weeks from the start date. The course can be tried once for free.
The beginners course of Brazilian ju-jutsu starts on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 7.30 pm.
Exercises twice a week: Monday 19.30 - 21.00 and Thursday 20.30 - 22.00.
The beginners course of Hokutoryu ju-jutsu will start on Monday, March 14, 2021 at 6 p.m.
